State Road 218

SR 218 consists of two discontiguous sections. Both are relatively minor highways. The eastern section includes the entire length of former SR 118 in eastern Indiana as well as the original eastern section of SR 218. On the west, SR 218 goes from SR 25 east to SR 19 in Carroll, Cass, and Miami Counties.
 
Eastern Section: Lafontaine (SR 15) < 49.9 miles > Ohio State Line (Ohio 707)
Western Section: Delphi (SR 25) < 41.6 miles > Santa Fe (SR 19)
